PE foam – the areas of application are almost infinite. PE foam is also well known as polyethylene foam, cell polyethylene, Plastazote or LD29. Microcellular rubber is often also mistakenly understood as being PE foam.
In the case of closed-cell polyethylene foam, it is differentiated between crosslinked PE foams and uncrosslinked, extruded PE foams (PE-E). In addition there is food safe PE foam or PE foam in accordance with EN71. We also offer flame retardant, electrically conductive, static dissipative and super soft polyethylene foams. At PANA we process a wide selection of PE foams, such as Plastazote, in block form and as rolls. From these we can make sealing strips, die-cuttings and blanks. Is the material you require not among these? No problem - we process foam to order and can also procure special types.
